People use our systems for real work—from document approvals and research management to social care. We look for people who want to understand the problem, influence the solution and see it running in practice.
We do not blindly implement a specification. First we understand the problem, the users and the operating context; only then do we design something people will actually use. A team can follow an instruction perfectly and still build the wrong thing.
Developers, analysts, implementers and support teams therefore see more than a narrow slice. We evolve products over time, connect them to other systems and return to users whenever practice reveals that something does not fit.
