Privacy notice
DERS s. r. o. is the data controller. We use information submitted through the contact form or by email to handle your enquiry and follow-up communication. Processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding.
How we use your data
We use the data only to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate with you. We retain it for the time needed to handle the request and meet related legal obligations. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Before storing the form, we verify security signals using Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the network and browser data needed to validate the request. The enquiry is stored in the DERS database before email delivery; delivery status and retries are recorded in the back office.
