Our own electricity
The roof of our headquarters carries a 14.35 kWp photovoltaic system with 23.2 kWh of battery storage.
Responsibility in practice
We measure our energy footprint and invest our own money in reducing it. Not every measure has a short payback. It still makes sense to understand the impact and reduce it step by step.

What is already in place
The roof of our headquarters carries a 14.35 kWp photovoltaic system with 23.2 kWh of battery storage.
In 2024, double-glazed windows were replaced by insulating triple glazing and exterior blinds were added.
Our offices use several mechanical ventilation units with heat recovery.
We are gradually moving company transport from combustion cars to electric vehicles, whose charging is part of the building's energy balance.
DERS YOLCOT s.r.o. carried out the energy modernisation of the Polákova building using preferential financing from the Czech National Development Bank.
Supported project details →Measured—not guessed
Our energy and decarbonisation report uses actual purchased electricity, on-site solar generation and natural-gas consumption from two completed years. It provides a baseline for decisions; it is not a blanket claim of carbon neutrality.
The analysis was prepared with financial support from the Hradec Králové Region through the 2024 Decarbonisation Voucher project. We appreciate this support.

What comes next
We will choose the next steps according to operating experience and technical and economic sense. They include a greater share of electromobility, sharing generated electricity and using virtual battery services. When the current gas boiler reaches the end of its life, we plan to assess an air-to-water heat pump as its replacement. This is a development plan, not a list of completed investments.
