AI extracts information, fills known context, asks for missing data or prepares a first workflow-configuration draft. It can run on premises, in the cloud, in a hybrid setup and, for selected tasks, increasingly on the endpoint.

The executive by the lake

Documents signed. The laptop and token stayed at home.

The signatory is often the only person for whom a digital process creates more work: download, open, find the field, connect a token and send the file back. In EPK, the assistant prepares the documents and signature positions. The executive reviews, selects and—when a remote signing service is connected—signs from a phone. Then gets back to fishing.

Security by design

Security starts with the workflow.

Roles, four-eyes approval, enterprise identity, audit trails and secure secrets management are part of the design—not optional extras.

Security does not begin at sign-in and end with a certificate. It starts when the workflow is designed: who may see a case, who may decide, when two people are required and what must remain traceable. That is why we connect enterprise identity, roles, signatures, audit and secure storage as one system.

Responsibility in practice

Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us.

We have calculated our baseline Scope 1 and Scope 2 footprint. We have invested in on-site solar, battery storage, triple glazing, exterior shading and heat recovery, while gradually moving company transport to electric vehicles.
