Crayon story of the solution: Regions see the social-care network in context.

From start to finish

A region collects data, manages the network and publishes a clear catalogue.

  1. Providers and services

The region maintains a shared foundation of providers, services, capacity and key data.

  2. New collection or application

A regional officer prepares data collection, an application or funding process with dates and rules.

  3. Provider submission

The provider completes its submission and is warned about missing or invalid data.

  4. Decision and reporting

The regional role decides, leadership sees the picture and network changes remain in history.

  5. Catalogue and map

The public sees only approved information in the catalogue and availability map.

Who is involved

Who is responsible for what.

Regional administrator

Defines network, reporting, applications, funding and public outputs.

Provider

Maintains service and submits validated data.

Leadership and public

Use reporting and the public catalogue.

Who sees what

Regional decision-making is not the public catalogue.

Providers work with their submissions, regional staff with validation and decisions, and leadership with authorised reporting. The public catalogue receives only approved catalogue data—not private submissions, comments or decision material.

What happens when something goes wrong

Incomplete report or service change

Validation returns a specific issue and history preserves the change.

The result

Shared service, capacity, cost, application and decision data plus a public catalogue.
